Well at least we agree on vaccination ID’s then, right?
The purpose of the post was to point out the fact that ID is required to do virtually everything, and that it should be no different when it comes to voting. It is NOT a form of suppression. Additionally, many assertions being made about the bill have been either grossly exaggerated or flat out wrong. For example, Joe Biden and others have disingenuously said the bill is akin to Jim Crow restrictions, which is clearly not true. Such irresponsible claims have real consequences, as we have seen with MLB moving the All Star Game out of Atalanta, which ultimately hurts the citizens and businesses (including those owned by minorities) of GA. Further, while the article you cited presents one side of the argument, numerous studies and other statistics contradict the analyses of specific provisions from the NY Times and other left-of-center media. Good opinion piece below. There are many others just like it.
