I have heard a lot of people say that you shouldn’t eat nuts in the summer . However , my mother always gives me walnuts and almonds to eat throughout the year . But do you know the reason why people avoid them in summers ??
Dry fruits generate a lot of heat in the body , so they should be avoided during the summer . They are eaten to keep the body warm in the winter , but they can increase your body’s heat in the summer . That’s why people avoid eating them because they can cause acne and rashes !
But if you want to have them in summers , then Moderation is the key ! You can have - five soaked almonds or four to five cashews per day .
How to eat them in right way ;
1 Walnuts - Walnuts contain high levels of iron , calcium , copper and omega-3 fatty acids . In summer , they should only be eaten after being soaked overnight .
2 Almonds - To avoid body heat during the summer , soak dry fruits overnight .
3 Raisins - Raisins are extremely healthy for you . In the summer , always consume soaked raisins overnight !
