According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Ramos is set to join Al-Orobah in the Saudi Pro League. The club earned promotion to the Saudi top flight this season and have also signed Cristian Tello to shore up their squad
Throughout the summer, there were persistent rumours about his next potential move after leaving Sevilla as a free agent, with some reports suggesting a strong interest from Ronaldo's Al-Nassr. Ramos was linked with a move to Al-Nassr, but that transfer failed to materialise. There was also speculation about a move to the MLS - but these talks also fizzled out.
Ramos' career is nothing short of legendary. He joined Real Madrid in 2005 from Sevilla for a fee of €27 million (£23m/$25.5m), a record for a Spanish defender at the time. Over 16 years at the Santiago Bernabeu, Ramos made 671 appearances for Los Blancos, scoring 101 goals and providing 40 assists. His tenure at Real Madrid was marked with numerous trophies, including five La Liga titles and four UEFA Champions League victories, cementing his status as one of the greatest defenders in football history.
