The Bible does not mention Christmas, and actually teaches against adding or subtracting from scripture. Nowhere in the Bible does Jesus command his followers to celebrate his birth, even though there are verses that mention harvest and giving, which could be related to the holiday.
Christmas has pagan origins, going back to the Persians and the Canaanites. It is more related to sun worship (Baal worship) and Nimrod, the first king of Babylon. An Asherah pole, which was celebrated by Pagan Canaanites, was always erected at the altar of Baal. Christmas is an insult to Jesus because his birthday is being celebrated on the same day as pagans celebrated the birthday of their gods.
