🏷️Clear Breast Skin.

Generally, clear skin indicates healthy skin. The same goes for breasts. A healthy breast will always have an even skin tone that may change its colour or texture over time with age. Your breast skin is naturally smooth and flat. Birthmarks and bumps are an exception here. If your breast skin changes its colour suddenly, then you need to consult a doctor.

It may happen due to any other medical issue. If you find sudden breast skin changes such as any swelling, redness, or rashes that stay for a long time, then these conditions may relate to any underlying serious issue. Even the skin under your breast should be of concern. Any redness found under the breast skin symbolises skin infection.

🏷️Consistent Lumpiness.

Women often relate breast lumpiness with signs of cancer. This may become confusing at times. But the hidden truth here is that this lumpiness is very natural for healthy breasts. Many women have naturally lumpy breasts.

Also note that if you suddenly notice lumpiness in your breast which was not there before, you should probably get it checked by a medical professional. Though most breast lumps are perfectly normal to have, some may be related to serious issues. If you feel the same lumps in both breasts for a long time, then there is nothing to worry about.

🏷️Nipple Discharge.

Until and unless you are pregnant, nipple discharge is not a healthy sign. Milk is the only discharge that should come out of the nipples that too only when you are breastfeeding. Any other kind of discharge is never a healthy breast sign.

Nipple discharge may be related to any imbalance in your thyroid hormone. If you notice any kind of blood discharge from the ducts around your breast, then this may be a sign of  growth in the duct. Moreover, another thing to take care of is that, bra cups should always be clean and dry, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding  baby.
