During his official visit to North America, Sikyong Penpa Tsering received a warm welcome from the Tibetan community of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, led by the respective presidents and members of the Tibetan Association. On the 13th of October, he addressed the community, shedding light on the concerns and priorities of the Central Tibetan Administration, followed by an engaging Q&A session, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.

Continuing his itinerary, Sikyong Penpa Tsering proceeded to Atlanta, Georgia, where he was greeted with enthusiasm by representatives from the Drepung Loseling Center and members of the Tibetan Association of Atlanta. Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, he took the opportunity to connect with the local Tibetan community, discussing pertinent matters and sharing insights. His interactions with the communities in both Albuquerque and Atlanta serve as a testament to the enduring spirit and solidarity of the Tibetan diaspora in North America.
