On October 5th, Sikyong Penpa Tsering held discussions with prominent Colombian think tanks, focusing on Tibet's human rights situation and cultural preservation. He also interacted with civil society members, highlighting the unwavering determination of Tibetans inside Tibet.

A significant inter-religious dialogue involving 26 religious leaders from diverse traditions emphasized the importance of religious harmony and global solidarity for oppressed faith communities in China, including Tibetan Buddhists.

Sikyong Penpa Tsering enriched the academic discourse at the National University of Colombia, deepening understanding of the Central Tibetan Administration and the system of exile Tibetan polity.
