1. Losing interest in any work and getting angry on small things - go for a walk for 10 mins. Listen to some music and relax. Then again, start studying.
2. Forgetting the lesson while revising even after being prepared - Keep calm, make a picture of that lesson in your mind, everything will be remembered.
3. Loss of appetite, reluctance to eat, irritability - Eating fruits and taking lemonade will open both the appetite and the mind.
