It tends to take up a lot of time of our day, week , month and year. But it's upto us how productive we make it.

Spending hours watching reels isn't helping anyone, even if it does it's not worth the time we are investing. But instead if we spend this time on social media learning new things or reading about new things, it can definitely help us grow. Social media is full of content, both informative and random.

If seen through a non biased vision everything that's on social media is informative in some or other way. But it's our perspective and way of using such content which makes such content informative or random.

So it's upto us how we spend our time on social media and make the most of it.
