Hannah, 36, from the UK, suffered domestic violence at the hands of her now ex-husband for more than four years. He was convicted and given a suspended jail sentence in early 2019.

Ruth, 36, from Kenya, was a victim of domestic violence for five years. Now she is filing a case to obtain protection orders against her husband with help from FIDA Kenya, partner organisation of Womankind Worldwide.

Maha, 22, from Palestine, suffered domestic violence at the hands of her father from a young age. She recieved help from the Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association (PFPPA).
