The summers are here and with this comes hot humidity atmosphere, sweltering heat . It’s time to take protective measures to protect our self from harsh heat waves . So let’s explore the tips to beat heat while we are outside
1.Eat cooling food - We should prefer eating cool fruits and vegetable or food that have water content in it , which keeps your body cool . Should avoid hot and spicy food .
