Mike O'Hearn is an American bodybuilder, powerlifter, fitness model, actor, and motivational speaker. If you are familiar with the Internet Bodybuilding community, you'd find a very bipolar social media influence of Mike. Many hate him but at the same time, many love him too. His haters primarily accuse him of calling himself a drug-free natural athlete. At MensXP Health, we neither support anabolic usage nor condemn it. We think it's a very personal choice. Putting that argument aside, you cannot ignore one fact- Mike's the god of strength, aesthetics, and dedication.
“He is one of those rare individuals who has conquered both bodybuilding and powerlifting events.”
Here's A List Of Mike's Well-Known Achievements:
-Mr. World
-4x California Powerlifting Champion
-4x Mr. Natural Universe
-Mr. America
-Mr. International
-500 Magazine Covers
Over the years Mike has appeared on 500 Magazine Covers (2nd to Arnold Schwarzenegger) and starred as Superman in the 'World's Finest'. He is also known as The Titan. What separates him from other aesthetic bodybuilders is his dense musculature like the Golden Era Bodybuilders along with superhuman strength.
Today at the age of 49, Mike O'Hearn is still grinding every day. While a lot of people rant about him not confessing to drug usage, they don't understand that even lifelong drug users don't stay in shape for so long. Mike's only improved over the course of the last 25 years or so. His hard and heavy training approach is quite opposite to his personal life. He is well known for being a humble gentleman who meets his fans with a lot of passion. He also supports two charitable organizations- Good Dog Animal Rescue Center and Just Keep Livin.
Also, I have never seen Mike selling bogus supplements promising unreal gains. He does what he's best at and helps out people with it. How does it matter to you if he's juiced or not? If only people were more appreciative of someone's hard work, bodybuilding would be a more accommodating community. But nonetheless, Mike's on top of his game and only getting better while you are still skipping leg days.
