While we all know that doing certain things after a meal like swimming or heavy exercises is bad for you, there are also many other mistakes which you might be making unintentionally.

So what should you DO after having your meals;
1 Relax - Don't beat yourself up. Too much guilt about eating habits can lead you to deny yourself. This can make you feel deprived and then cause you to binge again in an unhealthy cycle.
2 Take a walk - An easy stroll will help stimulate your digestion and even out your blood sugar levels.
3 Skip the bubbles - Gas in Carbonated drinks can fill up your digestive system. This will make you feel even more bloated.
4 Don't lie down - This means No naps. This can slow digestion and worsen acid reflux.
