India Captain Rohit Sharma has backed veteran batter Virat Kohli to make it big in the finals. Virat Kohl is currently going through a lean patch with the bat. He hasn't been able to register big scores in the World Cup and has no half-centuries to his name.

Rohit Sharma was asked a question about Virat's lack in form in the post-match interview and he expressed his unequivocal support to the batter. Rohit said, "He (Virat Kohli) is a quality player. Any player can go through that. We do understand his class and we do understand his importance in all these big games. Form is never a problem. When you've played cricket for 15 years, form is never a problem. He's looking good, the intent is there, he's probably saving for the final. Absolutely."
