Selena Gomez calls Taylor Swift her “Only Friend” in the entertainment industry!

In her recent interview with the Rolling Stone, Gomez openly talks about her immense “emotional baggage”, her struggles with mental illness, especially bipolar disorder, and her various projects across the music and acting industries.

Talking about such concerns required people whose “lives hadn’t been derailed by fame”, writes Alex Morris, who interviewed her.

Gomez then adds, “I never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities. My only friend in the industry really is Taylor (Swift), so I remember feeling like I didn’t belong.”

There have been numerous occasions where both the stars have mentioned each other as their best friends in the industry and have constantly shown support for each other’s works via social media.

Recently, Swift shared the trailer for Selena’s new documentary titled, “My Mind and Me” on her story and left a sweet note, “So proud of you @/selenagomez , Love you forever 🥺” .
