The beginner's key to overcome stage fright and become a fluent, confident speaker is to always look at the wall or any non living thing in front of you and communicate as if it is listening and understanding whatever you are talking about. This activity not only helps us escape our stage fright but also makes sure that we are not being evaluated. Another very crucial thing important for a good public speaker is the clarity of thoughts. One must be clear of what s/he is speaking in both, the context and clarity of speech . Lastly, one must believe the capabilities that s/he beholds and confide in themselves.
