The British government has given the highly prestigious 'International President's Merit Scholarship' to Parvi Raghuvanshi of Varanasi for postgraduate studies in England. Under this scholarship, the British government will bear the entire expense of her studies starting this year in England.

This scholarship has been given to Parvi for higher education in the field of Economics, Governance and Public Policy. To study these subjects, Parvi has been given admission in the world's top universities, University College London, Kings College and Southampton University. Parvi's first stop will be Southampton University.It is worth noting that Southampton University is the first institute among the top global institutions to open its campus in India from next year under the new education policy. Parvi completed her studies as a topper student from Delhi Public School, Varanasi and completed her graduation in Economics and Mathematics from the country's most prestigious 'Lady Shri Ram College for Women' this year.
