Mental Health plays a pivotal role in a person's life it affects how we think, learn and act it basically represents our personality and mental well being it has an enormous impact in our entire livelihood through childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Looking after the mental health can preserve a person's ability to enjoy life. Doing this involves reaching a balance between activities, responsibilities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience
But in recent report by Oxford University it clearly states that 45% of children in the age group of 10-18 years suffer from poor mental health well being also the world health report being published by the world health organization clearly states that 20% of the world's children and adolescents have a mental health condition, with suicide the second leading cause of death among 15-29 year old
If we go deeper into the current scenario and find what are the rationale behind such condition we would find that various socio-economic causes which are prevalent in the modern world has lead to such deteriorating health of the people especially our beloved children these causes mostly involves sad or down, confused thinking and poor concentration power and detachment from reality (delusions)
Some major problems such as sex driven changes, alcohol, and sexual desires which are mostly seen in adults simultaneously the rising rate of unemployment which has widened the huge disparities in the income level and has thrown millions of people in a vicious cycle of poverty
On the contrary the main question which arises is how to overcome the current crisis for this we need to go into the grassroots of the problem and make proper strategies such as going for morning walk and practised yoga in a recent clinical study it has been proven that person who practised exercise daily had 60-70% less chances of having mental disorde
Hence If we follow the aforementioned strategies we would surely be able to make a change.
