The doors of Hemkund Sahib and Laxman Lokpal Temple of Uttarakhand will be closed for winter on October 11.  There was heavy snowfall in Hemkund Sahib at 6 pm on Tuesday, on the eve of the doors closing.  About 1300 pilgrims who reached Hemkund Sahib enjoyed the snowfall.The weather in Hemkund Sahib had deteriorated in the afternoon.  The weather has also become extremely cold with snowfall in the evening.  At the same time, due to snowfall in the high peaks of Badrinath Dham in the afternoon, the cold in the Dham has increased. Meanwhile, pilgrims enjoyed the snow fall a lot.
