"The Gettysburg Address" is the best example of rhetoric.
In 1863, Abraham Lincoln delivered Gettysburg Address during the Civil War.
What he aimed through his words was to increase the morale of his country and people, it was to energise people and their aim of abolishing slavery, by saying that" all men are created equal", Lincoln used rhetoric skilfully.
It is still one of the most powerful speeches in history.
