The incident of stabbing a student outside a government school in Bhatiyani Chowhatta of Udaipur city on Friday morning took a serious turn. The situation has become tense in Udaipur. Angry people got the markets closed. Also, at many places vehicles were vandalized and set on fire. Incidents of arson are being reported at many places in the city in connection with this matter.It is alleged that a classmate from a particular community attacked. After the news of stabbing spread, Hindu organizations got angry. Workers of many Hindu organizations including BJP officials gathered at MB Hospital and started raising slogans.In view of the violence that broke out after the stabbing incident, the Udaipur district administration has issued orders to shut down the internet. Internet service will remain closed in Udaipur for the next 24 hours from 10:00 pm tonight. Internet has been banned to maintain peace and security in the city.
