The solution is to instill into men that they have to act with gallantry and chivalry when around other women. This is not sexist, its respect. It is question of mind set how we educate our children for gender sensitization and dignity of women. There should be starting from families as many cases arise within families. By Posh Act-2013 employers have formed Internal complaint committee. Its mandatory to provide periodically awareness sessions on Sexual Harassment against women. We should educate people as social responsibility. Above all law should be strong against harassment. Men dont feel they have to protect and care for women which makes harassment MUCH more prevalent.
