Democratic Congresswoman and squad member Cori Bush has just recently become the second squad member in this election cycle to lose her primary.
She lost out to Wesley Bell, a St. Louis prosecuting attorney. Just like with the election where Jamal Lawson, AIPAC, a major group that supports Israel, poured millions of dollars into the election to defeat the Congresswoman, as she, like Bowman, was heavily critical of Israel.
But really, this is a reckoning, if anything. Bowman and Bush didn't lose because a pro-Israel organization poured money into the election. They certainly didn't lose because they opposed Israel.
No, they lost because people were sick and tired of their ridiculous antics that, quite frankly, have been bringing the Democratic Party's mainstream members closer to the fringe. The Squad's hatred for Israel is just a small part of a bigger problem that they pose for America.
It's good to see, at the very least, that Democrats are waking up to the problems this squad has been causing.
Could Ilhan Omar be next? She won only by a slim margin last time.
Maybe, in the next years, we'll finally see them all voted out for good.
