Theme for International Women’s Day 2023♀️🌺

UN announced that the theme for International Women’s Day (IWD), 8 March 2023 is, “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”.

The theme emphasises how the gender gap in technology has negative effects on social and economic inequality. It also emphasises how crucial it is to protect women's and girls' rights in digital spaces and to combat gender-based violence, which is made possible by online platforms and ICT.

Apart from this, an independent campaign i.e. The International Women’s Day global campaign has its theme as #Embrace Equity – It calls upon people to drive change by Embracing Equity by removing baises, discriminatory behaviors and choosing inclusion over everything.
