There has been a change of leadership in Jharkhand once again. Hemant Soren, who was recently released from jail, took oath as the CM of the state for the third time on Thursday. Earlier on Wednesday, Champai Soren resigned from the post of Chief Minister of Jharkhand. After this, Champai Soren himself proposed the name of Hemant Soren as the leader of the legislative party and the next Chief Minister of the state, which was passed unanimously. After this, Hemant Soren staked claim to form the government. Hemant Soren has taken power in Jharkhand after about five months. Soren was arrested on January 31 in a money laundering case related to the land scam, after which he resigned from the post of Chief Minister.Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Hemant Soren has become the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the third time. He is the son of three-time CM of the state Shibu Soren. Looking at the early life of Hemant Soren, he was born on 10 August 1975 to Shibu Soren and Rupi Soren. Hemant did his matriculation from MG High School, Patna in 1990. After this, he completed his intermediate studies from Patna High School in 1994. He enrolled in Mechanical Engineering at BIT (Mesra), Ranchi but could not complete his studies due to some reasons. After studies, Hemant worked with engineering firms. Hemant is married to Kalpana Soren and has two sons.
