Details:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup nut butter
2 tbsp milk
Topped with:
1 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine nut butter, vanilla extract, and milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, and coconut sugar.
3. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well mixed.
4. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined baking dish.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine coconut oil and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently, until melted.
6. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie dough. Place in the fridge and let harden.
