When you see unusual hair on the brush , it's common to get worried . But don't do that ! Instead do ;
1 Instead of stressing yourself , concentrate on healing the body . Thinking about hairfall and stressing yourself will worsen the problem . Have more water . Have foods rich in iron , zine and Vitamin C . Have more fibre rich foods .
2 Take good care of hair with minimal products . I have seen people who use a lot of products , diy and pay attention to all the hair care advices once they have hairfall . Remember ! hair fall has several internal and external reasons . Not all tips work for everyone ! Use minimal products that are effective and less toxic . Do follow a routine that you think you can follow forever .
3 Deep massage with a good oil twice a week . Hair oils reduce frizz , improves circulation and keeps the scalp cool . But it is not necessary to apply too much oil everyday . Oiling the hair and giving a nice deep massage with fingers 30 to 60 minutes before hair wash is more than sufficient .
4 Braid hair comfortably . Handling hair during hairfall is heart breaking i know ! De tangle hair with fingers , make loose braids . Don't go for complicated hair styles that require tugging and pulling , back combing , heat treatments etc .
5 Wash hair atleast twice a week . Since you shed some hair in the process of washing , it doesn't mean washing hair causes hairfall . It's the weak hair that is falling out . So wash hair in order to avoid accumulation of dirt on the scalp . When the follicles get blocked up with oil and dirt , it cause inflammation and prevents new hair growth .
