This new Year 2023 as coming closer to the end of my teens I would like to change my habits for example overthinking, procrastination, and expectations,
I am one of the people who usually do attach a lot of things and overthink a lot and hence think of the worst possible, the thing can. Happen though things never go worse till that case I tend to trouble myself a lot by thinking a lot about things that should not even take half a minute.
The other possible mistake I do is I expect a lot from others and when they don't do as it majorly hurts me forgetting that not everyone is the same and not everyone thinks like me. I overthink a lot about the future and worry a lot about things that can be a lot simpler that is why I do not take things for granted do not enjoy my present and am always involved in future planning and that is missing enjoying my present.
Procrastination is a possible way where I end up planning things and not executing them just planning does not work.
All I am set on now is. Working on my goals instead of just saying them and taking the utmost care of my health and not overthinking situations that do not exist.
God put us in a situation that we can handle. He does not end up giving problems that we can't handle.
