How can we manage time? The point that we need to understand is that modern problems requires modern solution. Waking up at five o'clock is a very conventional approach to solve time management constraints. I mean to say, it’s good but it doesn’t work in long run. You work for one week, two weeks and then it dies out.
Trying to detox yourself from the mobile phone. Again, it doesn't work. It's a part of your life. I too being a student need to manage my skill-set education with academics and at times it is hectic. So I have collated some hacks for effective time management:
1) Firstly, it’s important to understand that life is predictably unpredictable. I have learned that instead of controlling time, it’s better to manage people and work on the basis of their needs and wants. Try to sort out and arrange the people who need your time and want your time piece by piece. Time is the most precious thing that you can have so make sure you allocate that CLEARLY!
2) Social Media, the bad guy! The menace of Tik-Tok, Instagram is exponentially increasing and mindless scrolling is something we do often. Maybe you landed on my post as well because of this ill-habit. However, what if I tell you that you can actually use this habit for your convenience. Use media to follow those people who inspire you and speed up your learning process. Don’t be a habitual offender but a master of your senses.
3) Instead of thinking to do multiple things in a single day, it’s better to cut it short and place it point to point. Here actually we are trying to over-estimate our time and doing those things which we really don’t mean to do. So better give time for fruitful things in life which are gonna yield a healthy outcome in future.
So, time management isn’t about doing many things but being consistent with what you really wish to do. Cheers!
