Go for a walk
Get out of your space, look around at people, listen to the noises, observe things and feel the weather and make yourself indulge among your surroundings.
Deep breaths
Practice deep breaths, focus on each breath. Be in the present moment and relax your mind.
Turn off all your devices
Turning off your devices for at least an hour during the whole day. Participate in some form of activity.
Be mindful about your thoughts
Don't entertain any anxious thoughts that comes to your mind. Start thinking about things which makes you happy.
