Today Maharashtra took on Uttar Pradesh in the semi final of the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Ruturaj Gaikwad's knock helped Maharashtra post 330 on the board.

However the best part came when he struck 43 runs off Shiva Singh consisting of seven consecutive sixes and a no ball. The Best part is that this came in the penultimate or the last over of the innings.

At the end Maharashtra beat Uttar Pradesh comfortably by 58 runs.
