Tom Cruise to Play Key Role at Paris Olympics 2024 Closing Ceremony

Hollywood star Tom Cruise is set to make an appearance at the Paris Olympics 2024 closing ceremony, where he will pass the flag to Los Angeles for the 2028 Olympic Games. The ceremony will take place on August 11. Tom Cruise's recent films, Top Gun: Maverick and Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One, were successful at the box office. He is currently working on the eighth installment of the Mission Impossible franchise. The Paris Olympics closing ceremony will also feature LA Mayor Karen Bass receiving the Olympic flag from Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo. The 2028 Olympics are scheduled to take place in Los Angeles from July 14 to 30, 2028.
