6. Dejan Lovren
Dejan Lovren is a football player from Croatia who now competes for Olympique Lyonnais in France. He competes for Croatia in international competition. He fits the description of a defender. Dejan Lovren began his playing career with the NK Karlovac youth squads. In 2004, he signed with Dinamo Zagreb, a top-tier team. He made his senior team debut for Dinamo on June 10, 2006, in a Prva HNL game against Inter Zapresic.
He was given a two-year loan to the Zaprei club on July 17, 2007, during which time he played in 50 league games and scored his first goal in Inter's 2-1 loss to NK Osijek on May 10, 2008. Lovren agreed to a four-and-a-half-year deal for €8 million with Olympique Lyonnais in January 2010.

When he was seven years old, the 6'1" defender's father Tihomir, who played amateur football himself, enrolled him at NK Tresnjevka. Dinamo, a Croatian powerhouse, contacted him a year later in 2010, and he remained there for more than a decade until moving to Leipzig in the summer of 2021.
Gvardiol goes by the nickname "Little Pep" in honor of the former Bayern Munich coach due to the similarities between his last name and the word "Guardiola."

8. Dominik Livakovic
At the World Cup, the 27-year-old was outstanding for Croatia. Emiliano Martinez of Argentina earned the competition's best goalie title, but Livakovic shone out in one particular area that was possibly the most crucial. In his four years with the first squad after graduating from the NK Zagreb youth program, he established a reputation for himself.
He was quickly signed by Croatian powerhouse Dinamo Zagreb in 2015 and originally loaned back to their local rivals. However, in 2016, he returned and took over as the team's starting goalkeeper. He made his senior international debut with Croatia in January of the following year, but it wasn't until 2019 that he started playing regularly for the national team.
