Del Piero was nominated for the Ballon d'Or several times during the course of his career and led Juventus to six Serie A victories and the 1996 UEFA Champions League championship. He was also a member of Italy's 2006 FIFA World Cup-winning squad.
#2 Giampiero Boniperti
Between 1946 and 1961, he spent his whole 15-season career at Juventus, [2] earning five Serie A championships and two Coppa Italia championships. He also participated in international competitions for the Italy national team and represented Italy at the 1950 and 1954 FIFA World Cup finals as well as the 1952 Summer Olympics. After leaving the field of professional football, Boniperti served as Juventus' CEO and chairman before becoming a member of the European Parliament.
