Raul earned four Supercopa de Espaa championships with Los Blancos, three UEFA Champions League crowns, one UEFA Super Cup, and two Intercontinental Cups while playing for Los Blancos.
He was named team captain in 2003 and served in that capacity until his departure from the club in 2010. Before joining the Qatari club Al Sadd in 2012, when he won the league and the Emir of Qatar Cup, he first signed with Schalke 04, where he won a DFB-Pokal and DFL-Supercup. At the club level, Casillas began his career with the Real Madrid youth squad before being promoted to the first team in 1999. At 19 years and 4 days old, he was the youngest goalie to play in and win the Champions League final. Casillas established himself as one of the top goalkeepers in the world by becoming Real Madrid's first-choice keeper, winning two Champions Leagues and La Liga championships in his first three seasons.
