However , some people find them difficult to digest ! Are you also facing same problem ? Eating Rajma , chole and toor causing a lot of bloating , gas and acidity 💩🤢🥴 ! Well , i got you covered . Follow these 2 rules ⬇️
1 Use smaller dals like masoor /red lentil , toor , urad , green moong , split moong etc are better digested instead of bigger ones like Rajma , chole/chickpeas , chana / brown chickpeas etc !
2 Soak the dals with water overnight and Add 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar which should have the mother in it
This will help break down indigestible starches .
✅ Another thing to keep in mind is adding ginger , ajwain / carom seeds and hing( asafoetida) while cooking dals to prevent bloating and gas !
✅ You can always add in other sources of Protien like paneer , mushrooms , peas , sprouts , eggs , chicken , fish etc if dals are not your thing 🙌
