Trump’s strategy isn’t much different than when he went toe-to-toe with Biden a few months ago.  He must hang high inflation, runaway immigration policies, weak economy and an unstable world around the neck of Harris.  She can’t have it both ways.  His biggest challenge will be self-discipline.  Can he not fall for every false statement she makes and try to correct her.  She will make many, all in an attempt to present herself as a middle-of-the-road moderate.  She is far from that.  Yet if Trump tries to run through a laundry list and challenge every statement, he will only confuse the audience.  Further, it’s very difficult for him to not be personal in his attacks.  That’s usually what gets him in trouble.  Or put another way – attacking her personally only fires up the press and makes them more sympathetic to the Democratic ticket.  So be on the lookout for that.
