You need ;
- Bell peppers
- Baby corn
- Mushroom
- Broccoli
- Fresh red chilli
- Onions
- Tomato purée
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cornflour / flour
- Red chilli powder
- Soy sauce
- Chinese white wine / vinegar
- All purpose salt ( garlic powder , onion powder , ginger powered )
Steps to follow ;
step 1 - heat a pan on medium heat add oil depending on the quantity , add chopped onions ginger garlic paste and salt and sauté them until caramelised .
Step 2 - add salt red chilli powder , soy sauce , Chinese white wine , all purpose spice and tomato purée and let it bubble add water to make more gravy and add 6 tsp corn flour and add your vegetables .
Step 3 - let the vegetables cook for 8-10 minutes (if the broth doesn't have a lot of gravy just add water and more cornflour .
