In the video, it can be seen that the dog is being surrender by it's owner to the municipal authorities as the owner won't be allowed to keep the pitbull anymore.

The dog killed the owner's mother yesterday when he was not at home. Now, the dog is shifted to Nagar Nigam where it's behaviour will be studied by researchers. There is also news of legal actions being taken against the owner.
