Yes after months of having just my favorite fruit chat for lunch, I decided to treat myself to a bowl of rice and chicken ( chinese) kung pao chicken bowl. Couldn’t finish the rice so left most of it but the chicken in tangy sauce with some peanuts to go with it turned out to be perfect for a gloomy afternoon without my chirpy squad around.
Feeling too full post it.
Did it lift my mood ?
Don’t know for sure but it did taste good.

PS: chinese has soya and soya has gluten . Well !
