This drink is not only hydrating but also packed with the natural goodness of watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups of fresh watermelon chunks
β’ 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
β’ Juice of 1 lime
β’ A handful of fresh mint leaves
β’ 2 cups of cold water
β’ Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, cucumber slices, lime juice, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.
3. Pour the strained juice into a pitcher.
4. Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
5. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon cucumber cooler over the ice.
7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of cucumber, if desired.
