2. Increase your water intake - Drinking water 30 minutes before a meal can actually help you eat less. So, replace your daily soda or juice bottles with water and get actual results. It will also promote better skin so it's a win-win situation.
3. Eliminate sugar - Sugar is associated with weight gain and also many other diseases. So, it will be beneficial for you to curb that sugar consumption and in turn have greater health benefits. Avoid beverages that contain sugar.
4. Drink black coffee - Replace your other beverages with black coffee. It is said to promote weight loss by increasing metabolism by almost 50%. It also stimulates the nervous system which signals the body to break down the fat cells and use them as a source of energy as opposed to glycogen.
5. Avoid too many calories - This is a great way to lose weight. Try being aware of how many calories you normally consume in a day and work to decrease that. This will surely give you results in the long term.
