We might think that everyone accept them as they are but that's not the truth. People have an ideal sense of self which is different from the reality. This can effect our mental health negatively that's why we should know about self acceptance.
Self acceptance is embracing yourself and accepting our positive and negative characteristics without expecting anything from yourself.
Life is a series of changes. Don't resist them, accept them. Let reality be reality.
