This is the world famous wazwan. The above picture is just the starters . In weddings food is served sitting on floor . Pre Covid four people used to eat together from a huge platter called trami. Now however each person is served separately.
The plater comes with atleast five to six dishes - even 10 for the grooms party.
After that a trail of dishes mostly made of mutton follow. There are other condiments like walnut yogurt chutney, pumpkin yogurt and Honey dip, black current chutney, variety of achars, salads, pulav and yogurts to follow.
The feast ends with sweet dish mostly ice creams .
