Stress and anxiety are on the rise in today's scenario.

Rat race, cutthroat competition, fear of staying behind etc all inculcate in ourselves the sense of overwhelming stress.  One must keep in mind not everyone starts from the same point or  not all of us have the same backgrounds. One shouldn't judge a fish by its ability to climb the tree ,because then it'll live its whole life thinking its useless. Everyone in this world is special.

There may also be some other forces that drive anxiety and stress, so if one feels they are getting into it they should take help from others and shall not hide  their struggles and feelings. One should seek proper medical guidance too for the same.

Stress, anxiety and depression are like the thieves which in darkness will rob one of everything. Hence it is of paramount importance to not let your feelings left unchecked.
