What Are the Consequences of Long-Term Stress?
Little stress every now and then is nothing to worry about. But an ongoing, chronic stress can cause or worsen many of the serious health problems
Long term consequences could lead to the following:

• There is a possibility of having cardiovascular disease which includes heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks and strokes.

• Sexual dysfunction like impotence and premature ejaculated in men and loss of sexual desire in mem and women.
• Hair and skin problems like acne, psoriasis and eczema and permanent hair loss.
• Gastrointestinal problems like gastritis, ulcerative colitis and irritable colon.
