The leaders were gifted a Sandook, which was handcrafted using Sheesham (Indian Rosewood), valued for its strength, durability, distinctive grain patterns and rich colour. The brass patti (strip) was delicately etched and embedded on to the wood.

Inside the Sandook were many traditional and authentic things signifying the cultural and ethnicity of India.
