An animated mini-series from the Marvel Cinematic Universe which is bound to play a big role in future Marvel films, What if… gives us a sneak peek into the alternative lives of our superheroes and reveals answers about what could have been. The stories include tales from the lives of Dr. Strange, Thor, Captain America, Ironman among others and are riveting and offer a fresh perspective on our favourite superheroes.

2. KAAGAZ – ZEE5

Every time Pankaj Tripathi comes on the screen, it’s almost certain that you are going to be immersed in his performance and Kaagaz is no different. A comedy film about a small-town man who is accidentally pronounced dead in the official documents. Hell-bent on proving himself alive again, the man is willing to go to any lengths. Kaagaz is wholesome, extremely funny and the perfect concoction for a good afternoon binge-session.

3. VADA CHENNAI – DISNEY+ HOTSTAR

Vetrimaaran and Dhanush is match made in the cinema hall of fame. The pair just doesn’t seem to put a foot wrong and Vada Chennai is yet another glorious example of this Dhanush starrer is a story about a North Chennai boy who sets foot in the dangerous world of crime as he joins a local gangster in helping settle feuds. Vada Chennai simply follows the theme of the hunt or be hunted and its raw screenplay makes it a really enjoyable watch.

4. TRYING – APPLE TV+

An Apple TV+ original that won over its audience, Trying is about a couple, Jason and Nikki, who wants baby more than anything else in the world. But they are just not successful at it. Finally, they decide to adopt. A genuinely funny show that provides a lot of laughs in the first season.

5. ANGREZI MEDIUM – DISNEY+ HOTSTAR

A funny yet heartwarming story about a middle-class man and his mission to send his daughter for higher education to London. Angrezi Medium stars Irrfan Khan in his final movie for which he won the Filmfare award for Best Actor posthumously. The movie also stars Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor and is a fun and enjoyable watch for the whole family.
