Healthy Snacks! Wheat puffs are mamra made from wheat which are low in calories and contain no sugar. This quick bhel is perfect to pair with your afternoon chai or coffee!
Recipe;
1 Take 1 cup wheat puffs in a bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp each of finely chopped tomato and cucumber. Add 1/2 tsp each of spicy green chutney, sweet date-tamarind chutney.
2 Sprinkle some chaat masala, a drizzle of lime/ lemon and add chopped cilantro leaves. Mix well and serve immediately.
3 This gets soggy quickly. So make sure you eat it as soon as you make it. You can also add pomegranate arils and chopped kacchi keri to this.
4 Please do not add sev or puri as it is deep fried and would make the bhel unhealthy and higher in calories.
