Bangladesh (BAN) and Afghanistan (AFG) will lock horns in the third and final ODI of the series today at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, in Chattogram. Afghanistan scripted history by winning the second ODI by 142 runs and becoming only the second team to beat Bangladesh in an ODI series at their home since 2015. After being put in to bat first in the second ODI, the Hashmatullah Shahidi-led side posted a massive total of 331/9.
They later bundled out the hosts for just 189 and won their first-ever ODI series against Bangladesh. Bangladesh who lost their regular captain Tamim Iqbal after the first ODI due to his controversial retirement, have a lot on the line in the final ODI. Led by Litton Das, they will be eager to give a strong fightback and salvage their pride in the final game.
